⚠️ Important: Full Synchronization
Before analyzing, make sure the system is up-to-date:
- Go to: Setup → Synchronization → Tasks
- Find: "Full synchronization monitoring"
- Check the Status - if it says "Done" and is recent.
If not recent: click ‘Execute’ and use ‘Refresh’ until the status has changed to ‘Done’
When Security Groups, which have been set up in Business Central, are to be part of the analysis results, these should firstly be added to the Full monitoring sync.
To add the Security Groups to the full monitoring sync, this option has to be enabled. (open the task and turn on the Status switch)
When enabling this option, a consent has to be given to the Authorization Box by a user who is authorized to give consent through Entra to read the permissions in the Groups.
- Go to: Monitoring → Critical Permissions
- Check the boxes for the Critical Permissions to analyze
- Or use the "Select All" checkbox
- Click: ‘Analysis’
- Wait for the notification or use the ‘Refresh’ button for the status ‘Analysis done’
