New welcome email for a new User
When you create a new User in Authorization Box, the user receives a welcome email with information on how to sign in and how to change their password. This email is outdated because Authorization Box no longer maintains a User's password. For this reason, we have updated the text of the welcome email to inform the User that they have been granted access to Authorization Box and to provide information on how to sign in and where to find more information about Authorization Box (reference to the wiki).

For this, the Authorization Box needs your consent to read security groups from your Entra tenant. You also need to use the latest version of our Compliance Essentials app (version 7.1.202604NN.0). If set up correctly, the Authorization Box will only import Entra user into Business Central when they are a member of the selected security group.
Updated approval flow for Organization Roles, Company Groups and Permission Set Groups
The approval flow for Organization Roles, Company Groups and Permission Sets Groups has been updated. The approval flow is now more in line with the flow of the Authorization Requests where a request can be Pending or Completed. A request will move to Completed, when you have already given your approval, but the request is still pending for other users to give their approval before it can be processed. This will only happen in case multiple approvers were required.
Automatic approval for Organization Roles, Company Groups and Permission Set Groups
When the user who sends an Approval Request for an Organization Role, a Company Group or a Permission Sets Group is also an approver, the request will automatically be approved.
